The Warm Sun Volunteer Team of the Volunteer Association of the School of Business Administration of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL) has been carrying out the activity of Holding up the wings of the broken wings and sharing a blue sky at the rehabilitation center for deaf children since October to send love and warmth to the children with special needs.
Every Thursday afternoon, volunteers from ZUEL went to the rehabilitation center to carry out volunteer activities. Under the guidance of the teachers, the volunteers assisted them in teaching interaction and communication training, and fully mobilized the children through games, painting and other forms to stimulate their interest in learning and improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. In addition, the Warm Sun Volunteer Team also organizes outdoor activities such as the Rainbow Run together with the teachers, so that the children can better integrate into the social life, enhance their self-confidence and improve their interpersonal skills at the same time.
Not every child is born to hear the beautiful sounds of nature. They are little angels kissed by God, God closed the door of hearing for them, then let us open another window for them with warmth and love. Finally, we would like to thank the volunteers for their active participation, and we welcome more volunteers to participate in the program.
