SBA Successfully Held the 2025 International Accreditation Year-End Exchange Meeting

On the afternoon of 12th January 2026, the School of Business Administration (SBA) of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL) held the 2025 International Accreditation Year-End Exchange Meeting in Room 703, North Wenhan Building. The meeting was hosted by Wu Yingna, Director of the International Affairs and Accreditation Office. Dean Wu Haitao, Yu Xiaopeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the SBA, Vice Deans Xiong Wei, Du Peng, Dong Ciwei, Deputy Party Secretaries Ge Ming, Yuan Yuan, and all members of the International Accreditation Compliance Team and the International Affairs and Accreditation Office attended.


Director Wu Yingna first reviewed the overall progress of the school’s 2025 international accreditation work and clarified key tasks and timelines for 2026. Dean Wu Haitao emphasized that international accreditation is crucial for improving the school-running level, advancing the internationalization strategy, and driving high-quality development. He called on the whole school to strengthen consensus and continuous investment to promote development through accreditation.


Party Secretary Yu Xiaopeng noted that AACSB international accreditation is a key task at the current stage. It not only authenticates the school-running quality but also provides a platform for teachers to engage in international exchanges and enhance teaching-research capabilities.


In the thematic sharing session, four teacher representatives shared insights from relevant conferences and training. Associate Professor Ran Yaxuan discussed the update trends of accreditation standards; Associate Professor Wang Junjie introduced the latest progress of Asia-Pacific business accreditation and the school’s sustainable development cases; Zhu Yanzhen explored AI’s impact on business education; Associate Professor Zhou Lingxu elaborated on multiple paths for business education innovation.

During the discussion, participating leaders and teachers exchanged views warmly. Vice Deans, Deputy Party Secretaries, and other staff suggested integrating accreditation concepts into talent training and linking the accreditation system with student development mechanisms.


This meeting sorted out the progress and direction of international accreditation and built consensus. In May 2026, the school will welcome the AACSB on-site visit. All teachers and students will fully prepare to improve the international school-running level and strive for the high-quality passing of AACSB accreditation
