On 5th March 2026 , School of Business Administration (SBA) held a General Faculty Meeting and Teacher Ethics Warning Education Conference at the North Lecture Hall of Wenhan Building. The meeting was presided over by Yu Xiaopeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Business Administration, and attended by all members of the college's leadership team and faculty.
During the meeting, Dean Wu Haitao, who also serves as the Director of the MBA Education Center, conveyed the spirit of the university's Spring 2026 Work Conference. He interpreted the core requirements of the university's "Four Major Strategies" and "Ten Major Projects," urging all faculty and staff to unify their thinking, align with the standards, and strive to implement the college's goals and tasks. Focusing on the "15th Five-Year Plan" and the requirements for "Double First-Class" construction, Dean Wu Haitao deployed the key work arrangements for 2026. He pointed out that 2026 is a critical node for the start of the "15th Five-Year Plan" and the construction of a powerful education nation. He emphasized that the faculty must establish an awareness of reform and innovation, focusing on six major development goals: moral education, faculty construction, discipline construction, international cooperation, and the improvement of the governance system.
Party Secretary Yu Xiaopeng then conveyed the spirit of relevant documents from superior departments regarding the construction of teacher ethics and style. He conducted warning education through typical cases, deeply analyzing violations of discipline and law within the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL). By using these cases as a mirror and a warning, he guided the faculty to build a solid ideological defense line, strictly abide by discipline and regulations, and cultivate a positive teaching and learning atmosphere to escort the high-quality development of the SBA's undertakings.
In theconcluding remarks, Party Secretary Yu Xiaopeng emphasized that the ZUEL Party Committee is deploying and launching study and education programs to establish and practice a correct view of achievements, ensuring a good start for the "15th Five-Year Plan". He called upon all faculty and staff to work together with one heart and one mind, taking on greater responsibilities with practical measures and a superior style of work to write a new chapter for the beginning of the "15th Five-Year Plan".
