To raise public attention to children with leukemia, the Volunteer Association of the School of Business Administration of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, together with Wuhan Love Home of Beijing One Heart Charity Foundation and Star Joy Service Team of Wuhan University of Technology, held a cross-cultural exchange public welfare activity themed Cultivate Financial Thinking to Reflect Warm Sunshine, Talk Across Continents in Gentle Breeze at Yujiatou Campus of Wuhan University of Technology on November 16th. The activity relieved children’s pain and brought them warmth and hope.
When children with leukemia entered the Navigation Museum of Wuhan University of Technology, the campus scholarly atmosphere calmed their timid steps. At Zheng He’s treasure ship model, a child asked about its sailing range, and volunteers explained the history of navigation. A little boy imitated a captain at the simulated steering wheel, saying he could “sail” through difficulties, with courage and hope growing in laughter.

From the museum to the playground, cross-cultural games became a folk feast: children played Malaysian coconut rolling, British pancake run and Chinese touhu with volunteers. Cultural boundaries faded in laughter, and the warmth of cooperation wrapped every child’s heart.

The indoor session featured a unique Little CEO experience combining business characteristics. Children decorated bridge models with cultural stickers from various countries, and in the mini marketing competition, even timid kids introduced their works, like a bridge connecting China and Malaysia. This experience blended professionalism with public welfare, showing a different side of growth.

This activity took campus as soil, culture as rhyme and professionalism as backbone, awakening courage and sowing dreams with youth’s company. In the future, the association will continue to sail with love and business expertise, carrying warmth to accompany children with leukemia forward.
