On the afternoon of 20th September, 2025, sunlight gilded the playground of Longgang Primary School. Thirteen volunteers of the Dream-Building Public Welfare Tour entered the school with three Lenovo computers and boxes filled with sports goods and books, greeted by Principal Liu Chuncheng and teachers. This nine-year commitment started in December 2016, evolving into a warm ritual across distances. Over nine years, donations ranged from desks and book corners to copiers, and over 20 pairs of helping families were connected between the Pearl River Delta and Luoding. Notably, first-grade students once receiving one-on-one assistance now study at Luoding Tingkai Memorial Middle School, with kindness continuing for new children.

Centered on solving educational pain points precisely, the program first donated adjustable desks and designed book corners for Longgang Primary School. It then introduced copiers, computers and upgraded the sports field in June 2024. Beyond hardware, the innovative one-on-one assistance model connected caring families in the Pearl River Delta with students, providing financial support and emotional bonds, building a mental support network for left-behind children.

This nine-year public welfare effort thrives on Lawyer Lan Man from Guangdong Lianyue Law Firm’s perseverance and ZUEL MBA alumni participation including Wan Huarong, Yao Hui, Wu Zengyong and Xie Chunlian. They integrated business thinking: planning assistance like projects, tracking material usage with data, and designing visits as alumni gatherings. This professional model addresses educational issues systematically. The joy of seeing assisted students enter key high schools fuels the program’s sustainability.
