  简  介

  由中南财经政法大学工商管理学院主办,四川大学、西华大学、华南理工大学协办,工商管理学院人力资源管理系、国际人力资源开发与管理研究所、领导力研究所支持的“2018年人力资源管理前沿理论及国际论文发表研讨会”将于2018年9月22日—23日在湖北武汉举行。
  当前,国际国内环境发生着深刻的变化,尤其是国内经济环境,近年来国家实施供给侧结构性改革,大力推动国家产业升级和转型,在这尤为关键的转型升级期,对我国人力资源管理及企业的经营管理都提出了许多新的问题和挑战。为促进国内人力资源管理领域的创新与发展,推动相关学科的交叉融合与共同发展,本研讨会旨在为相关领域海内外众多专家搭建一个高水平、高层次的学术交流平台,共同探讨在人力资资源管理领域应当如何适应新时代的挑战和诉求。研讨会将主要围绕全球人力资源管理领域的前沿理论,该领域未来的研究方向以及如何在国际顶级期刊发表论文等议题进行探讨研究。

Fang Lee Cooke,
  Distinguished Professor(HRM and Asia Studies), Monash University, Australia. Professor Cooke is Co-Editor-in-Chief of: International Journal of Human Resource Management; Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources;Associate/Senior Editor of: Human Resource Management; International Business Review; Gender, Work and Organisation; Asia Pacific Journal of Management; Asian Business and Management; Guest Editor of: Human Resource Management; Human Resource Management Journal;International Journal of Human Resource Management; Industrial Relations; Journal of World Business (forthcoming); Journal of Business Ethics (forthcoming); Co-Editor of two books (Routledge). She has published 87 journal articles on HRM and employment relations topics.
Fabian Froese,
  Dr Fabian Jintae Froese is chair professor of human resource management and Asian business at the University of Goettingen, Germany. In addition, he is Editor-in-Chief of Asian Business & Management, Associate Editor of Cross-Cultural and Strategic Management, and vice president of the Association of Japanese Business Studies. Previously, he was a professor of international business at Korea University in Seoul, Korea. He obtained a doctorate in international management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and another doctorate in sociology from Waseda University, Japan.His research interests lie in international human resource management and cross-cultural management with a regional focus on Europe and Asia. Currently, he is involved in an EU-funded project on “Knowledge and innovation in, to, and from emerging markets”, in cooperation with partners in China, Vietnam, Argentina, Mexico, Morocco,Denmark, Italy, and Spain. His work has been published in refereed journals such as Academy of Management Learning & Education, British Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of World Business.
Geoffrey Wood,
  Professor Geoffrey Wood is Dean and Professor of International Business, at Essex Business School. Previously he was Professor of International Business at Warwick Business School, UK. He has authored/co-authored/edited eighteen books,and over one hundred and seventy articles in peer-reviewed journals. Previously he was Professor of International Business at Warwick Business School, UK. He holds honorary positions at Griffith and Monash University in Australia, and Witwatersrand and Nelson Mandela Universities in South Africa. Geoff’s research interests centre on the relationship between institutional setting, corporate governance, firm finance, and firm level work and employment relations.Geoffrey Wood is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Management,the Official Journal of the British Academy of Management (BAM). He also serves on the BAM Council. He is also Co-Editor of the Annals of Corporate Governance and Associate Editor of Academy ofManagement Perspectives, the latter being an official journal of the (US) Academy of Management.  He is also editor of the Chartered ABS Journal Ranking list and has recently been appointed to review the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) List. He has had numerous research grants, including funding councils (e.g. ESRC),government departments (e.g. US Department of Labour; UK Department of Worksand Pensions), charities (e.g. Nuffield Foundation), the labour movement (e.g.the ITF) and the European Union.
