On October 10, the semi-finals of the second National Case Competition for Master in Asset Valuation organized by China National Master of Valuation Educational Supervisory Committee were held in Chongqing University of Technology. The theme of this competition is digital asset valuation. The user data-centered business model is the main feature of the new economy in the digital era and a significant consideration of the digital transformation of traditional industries. Therefore, the valuation of data assets has important theoretical and practical significance.
Under the guidance of Associate Professor Wang Juanjuan of the SBA, Chen Hao, Zhang Yu, Wang Xinyu, Jiang Hao, students of Class 2020 majored in Asset Valuation, won the first prize with Research and Value Valuation of User Data Assets of Tencent Social Network through case presentation and defense. Professor Wang Juanjuan won the Excellent Instructor Award.
It promotes the application of classroom knowledge, puts the valuation theories into practice, improves the discipline construction of Asset Valuation in the SBA, strengthens out-of-school cooperation and exchanges, and will further enhance the disciplinary influence of ZUEL in China.
