The third Stories of China Retold in English Challenge, co-organized by China Education Television and New Way International Education Group, was successfully concluded in Beijing. One of our students, Li Jingyi, was awarded the honorary title of Exceptional Storyteller after she won the second place in the College Category.
At the national finals, Li Jingyi Li told a story about her relationship with a Pakistani friend. The story began with a mutual disagreement, but ended up being so moving that it brought tears to her eyes. She broke down prejudice and demonstrated the power of a genuine smile through the sincere hearts of both parties. In the next talent show, Li Jingyi demonstrated the charm of Kung Fu Tea and let the world feel the charm of tea culture.
In the end, Li Jingyi won the second place in the third Stories of China Retold in English Challenge with her outstanding performance, and was awarded the honorary title of Exceptional Storyteller.
