More than 16 years of experience in human resources, strategic management and business operation management. The first time I met He Huawen was in 2007, when he had just entered Zhongnan University of Economics and Law to study MBA, I was in charge of student work in the MBA school, and then I became his junior sister, and we were both under the supervision of Mr. Wenhao, so no matter it was in the school or graduated from the school all these years, we always kept close contact, and also witnessed his experience of studying, practicing, and starting a new business.

He said: the world does not lack of smart people, the most lack of a determined thing to do to the end of the fool. The firm choice to study MBA is one of the stupid things he has done. He shared a story with me: in 2004, he met an examiner for his senior graduation interview, also an MBA, and was confusedly arranged for a day of written test, assessment, interview, and finally eliminated in a confused manner without any feedback and reasons, and I said to myself, What's so great about the MBA, I'm sure to be an MBA in the future, so he graduated from the university and worked for 3 years. So, after graduating from university and working for 3 years, he applied for MBA, but he didn't pass the first exam because his English was 5 points worse than the others. The next year, he took the exams in October and January consecutively, and he passed the exams at the same time with higher scores.

He said that he has forgotten all the contents of the MBA exam, but he still remembers the determination and firmness in the preparation for the exam, and the calmness after the failure, and the persistence to the goal has influenced his life. Now he doesn't remember much of the classroom knowledge, but the three years of study has expanded his vision, upgraded his thinking, and enlarged his pattern; after graduation, many of his classmates have not been in contact with him, but there are still three or five of his friends in contact with him, and he will often go to the school to visit his mentor Mr.Wenhao, and he especially treasures the friendship between his classmates and his mentors and students; he said that his master's graduation thesis has helped him systematically think about and summarize his six years of experience in the working world, and he has learned from higher theoretical perspectives that he is a good teacher. He told me that when he first studied MBA, he was engaged in enterprise management in the largest private group (listed company) in Hubei, and was just an ordinary project manager. It was the MBA that gave him the opportunity to apply more advanced concepts and knowledge to practice and create value for the company at the same time, and also made him stand out, rising to the director of the center, the minister of the enterprise management headquarters, the enterprise management director of a sub-group in a few years, and doing it for 14 years. And he has been doing it for 14 years, always focusing on strategy, operation and human resource management. He is also particularly keen on sharing, he said I used to get a lot of help from others, I should give it to others when I have the ability, so he has been actively participating in MBA alumni work in these years, giving public welfare lectures in the alumni group, becoming an off-campus cooperative tutor, supervising students' thesis, participating in thesis defense evaluation, etc., so in 2021, he has been awarded the Outstanding MBA Alumni Award, and also the Outstanding MBA Alumni Award. He also received the Outstanding MBA Alumni Contribution award.

In 2018, he told me that he left the listed company, gave up his executive position, and started a new career - career coach. At that time, I didn't quite understand what he did, after more than ten years of being an executive, the pharmaceutical industry is a sunrise industry, and the company is the largest listed company in Hubei, is it too stupid to give up. When at the same time, especially curious, what makes him have such courage to give up the lucrative treatment and shiny title? He said that at the beginning, he learned coaching only as a knowledge and a tool to make his work better, and then he benefited from coaching, which made his inner self abundant and his mind grow; now, he is a practitioner of coaching, a disseminator of coaching, and an entrepreneur of coaching career. He told me that coaching technology has been very mature in Europe and America, which is a comprehensive discipline integrating psychology, brain science, management and other disciplines, and has a development history of more than 50 years, and many first-class universities in foreign countries have opened courses specializing in coaching technology. However, in China, many people have misunderstanding about coaching technology. The real coaching is to stimulate people's potential, enhance people's mental model, overcome individuals' inner interference, help individuals and organizations to reach goals, and sustain growth and development. In these years, he has been learning, and now he is a PCC coach certified by ICF International Coach Federation, and there are only more than 400 people who have obtained this certification in China; in these years, he has been practicing, and he has been applying the business knowledge, management knowledge, and coaching technology he has learned to serve enterprises and individuals; in these years, he has been cultivating himself with the help of learning and practicing, and he said, Borrowing things to cultivate people! All people and things are helping to realize the self that is free, pure, rich and loving.

He said that the coaching business he is doing now is a really difficult but meaningful thing because this industry has not yet formed a scale and is not known by many people, but the significance of coaching is not only in the commercial value, but more importantly it is an effective way to awaken the wisdom of life and promote the evolution of individuals and organizations, which is also his mission in life. Unfortunately, more and more people know and agree with coaching, more and more people have joined this industry, and more and more enterprises have introduced coaching to promote the strategic landing of the organization and to improve the performance of the team, Promote the development of managers' leadership, etc. He said that what he is doing is something that the market will explode only in the next 10 or 20 years, and what he is doing is something that will never stop in his whole life that is really meaningful.

The more he talked, the more excited he became, and the energy he gave off touched me, as if the picture of the future he wanted was already in front of his eyes, and the joy and satisfaction brought by that picture also empowered me. However, I still asked him a question: What is the use of coaching, can you give me an example? He said happily, This is a very good question. Many managers use the traditional commanding and directing methods to manage them, causing them to resist. Managers only focus on the work, but not on the people themselves (emotions, beliefs, values, mind, etc.), so the employees' recognition is low, and managers lack the skills and ability to empower and inspire employees' potentials, but if managers are also coaches, with the coaching mindset, approach and tools, they can always stay in the same frequency with the However, if managers are also coaches, using coaching thinking, methods and tools, they can always keep the same frequency with the new generation of employees, see their real needs and hear their deep-seated motivation, then they can effectively activate their motivation and open their creativity.
