Recently, the 2024 AMBA&BGA Excellence Awards announced the winners, and the Center for Female Leadership and Student Career Development in the School of Business Administration (SBA) and MBA alumnus He Huawen were nominated for the Best Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative and the Postgraduate Leadership Award.

Center for Female Leadership and Student Career Development was officially established in 2021 as the first business school in China to focus on the growth and career development of female students. The center is not only dedicated to research on female leadership, career planning and workplace competence, social responsibility and innovation and entrepreneurship, but also popularizes the concept of female student leadership and career development throughout the institution, promotes female students to become the future business elites and backbones of the society, and realizes the all-round development of female college students.

The AMBA&BGA Postgraduate Leadership Award is designed to recognize alumni who have achieved greater influence in the business world after graduation, and our MBA alumnus He Huawen was nominated for the award for the first time. Alumnus He Huawen integrates 18 years of experience in human resource management, strategic operations, business management and coaching and mentoring, and has successfully completed more than 100 corporate consulting projects. In addition, he has provided a large number of public education programs for students in universities and colleges.

The recent nomination of SBA as a candidate for two AMBA & BGA Global Excellence Awards 2024 is a phased affirmation of our commitment to internationalizing our academic disciplines through international accreditation. We hope to continue to work together with global business schools and set sail on a new journey together.
