On the afternoon of 21st June, a symposium for the 2024 graduates of the School of Business Administration (SBA) was held, presided over by Yu Xiaopeng, Secretary of the Party Committee, with the participation of Dean Wu Haitao, Vice Deans Fei Xianzheng and Hu Chuan, Deputy Secretaries Zhu Yanping and Nijiaati Aimaiti from the Party Committee. Representatives of teachers and the 2024 graduates attended the symposium.
At the beginning of the meeting, 16 representatives of the graduates of this master's degree put forward suggestions around the curriculum, training programmes, professional construction, internship and employment.
Teachers of SBA responded to the concerns on the spot. Vice Dean Fei Xianzheng said that SBA has abundant interdisciplinary lectures and advocates overseas exchanges; Vice Dean Hu Chuan proposed that undergraduate courses should let students understand the abilities and methods needed for academics in advance; Deputy Party Secretary Zhu Yanping said that SBA will strengthen employment guidance activities at the level of doctoral students in the future.
Afterwards, Dean Wu Haitao summarised on behalf of SBA, saying that SBA will continue to optimise and promote the construction of high-quality disciplines.
Finally, SBA leaders and teachers presented graduation gifts to the representatives of the graduates and took a group photo. SBA will actively adopt these suggestions of the graduates and continue to improve and optimise all the work to inject new vitality into the development of the school.
