SBA Moved to a New Building

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the School of Business Administration (SBA) and the 30th anniversary of MBA education, 26th August 2024, the SBA held the moving ceremony of Wenhan Building.



University leaders attached great importance to the relocation of the school and expressed warm congratulations to the school in various ways. University leaders, school leaders, alumni representatives and faculty representatives attended the event to witness the significant construction and development achievements of the SBA.



Zhu Yanping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Disciplinary Secretary and Executive Vice Dean of the SBA, presided over the relocation ceremony. Yu Xiaopeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the SBA, delivered a speech. On behalf of the school, he expressed his gratitude to the university leaders for their correct decision. He pointed out that the move to Wenhan Building would greatly improve the office environment and promote the high-quality development of the SBA.



On behalf of the Department of Asset Management and the University's Relocation Protection Service Corps, Director of the Department of Asset Management Dai Wei expressed his warm congratulations to the SBA.



At 9:16 a.m. on 26th August 2024, the faculty and staff of the SBA moved into the new office building in an orderly manner as Dean Wu Haitao announced the official start of the relocation.



After the relocation ceremony, the relevant functional departments of the university visited the new office building accompanied by the school leaders and started on-site exchanges on property, cleaning, maintenance, network and other related security issues.



The SBA of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL) was born in 1949, and in October this year, the SBA will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the school and the 30th anniversary of the MBA education, and with the move to the new office building, the school's operating space and conditions have been further improved to lay a solid foundation for the construction of a first-class business school.
