The Enrollment, Training, and Employment Departments Conduct a Joint Research

To promote the in-depth linkage of enrollment, training, and employment and improve the quality of independent talent training, a joint research meeting was held in the Wenhan Building. Qian Xuefeng, Head of the Department of Teaching Affairs, Wen Xi, Director of the Employment Guidance Service Center, Shi Ling, Deputy Head of the Department of Student Affairs, and Du Xingyang, Deputy Head of Department of Teaching Affairs, and a group of seven people attended the meeting. Wu Haitao, Dean of the School of Business Administration(SBA), Yu Xiaopeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the SBA, Hu Chuan, Vice Dean, Nijiati Aimaiti, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and other teachers attended the meeting.


At the beginning of the meeting, Party Secretary Yu Xiaopeng expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the three departments for their support and help in the enrollment, training and employment work of the SBA.



Deputy Head Shi Ling introduced the undergraduate admissions situation in 2024, pointing out that special attention should be paid to majors with low first-choice application rates and a significant drop in admission scores in recent years.


Head Qian Xuefeng analyzed the data of students' major adjustments, recommendations for exemptions, and diversions of various majors and thus pointed out the necessity and urgency of dynamic adjustments.


Director Wen Xi introduced the employment situation of the Class of 2024 and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the enrollment and employment data. In the face of rapid technological development and structural changes in corporate talent demand, the school has achieved full and high-quality employment for students.


Finally, Dean Wu Haitao thanked the leaders for their guidance and said that the school would attach great importance to talent training and realize the development of undergraduate education and teaching. Party Secretary Yu Xiaopeng proposed specific measures to improve the quality of talent training based on the actual situation of the school.
