Vice Dean Wen Hao Attended the AMBA&BGA Asia Pacific Deans and Directors Conference 2024

From November 25th to 27th, 2024, the AMBA&BGA Asia Pacific Deans and Directors Conference was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The conference was co-organized by AMBA&BGA, the University of Malaya, and Universiti Utara Malaysia. During the meeting, delegates from more than a dozen countries in the Asia-Pacific region gathered together to discuss the future development and innovation of business education. Professor Wen Hao, Vice Dean of the School of Business Administration(SBA) and Deputy Director of the MBA Education Center, Professor Wang Shuhong of the Department of Human Resources Management, and Associate Professor Xu Haoxuan of the Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management attended the annual meeting.


School Representatives Attended the Conference


The three-day conference held 14 sub-forums, and the participants focused on several topics for in-depth discussion. In the capacity building session, Professor Wang Chongming of Zhejiang University, the International Advisor for China at AMBA & BGA, gave a wonderful report entitled " Leading Change: Enhancing Programmes for Sustainable, Digital, and Green Futures". He also introduced the first MBA education ESG report released by our school in mainland China as one of the successful cases and introduced the school's green education system that implements innovation, responsible management, and sustainable concepts in business education.

During the annual meeting, our representatives also had extensive exchanges with international experts, including Mr. Andrew Main Wilson, the CEO of AMBA&BGA, Mr. George Iliev, Head of AMBA & BGA Accreditation in China, and Professor Yusniza Kamarulzama, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Malaya,  to discuss the key points and future trends of the development of MBA programs and global business schools.
