Zhu Jingjing, male, born in December 1987, Fuyang, Anhui Province, graduated from the School of Business Administration in 2007, majoring in Tourism Management.
I have always been educated, and always felt that I was originally a child from the countryside, or to make some contribution to the countryside, which is also an important reason why I was able to stay in the countryside later on. Going to the countryside to build a career is highly compatible with the connotation of the motto of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Since joining the work, I personally believe that there are several important points:
(a) As college graduates, we are educated at a high level, accept new things quickly, but the lack of social practical experience and a variety of frustrations and refinement, so no matter whether it is the first time to the post or the post adjustment, we must quickly find their own position.
(b) In recent years, rural wages and treatment, living conditions and so on, although greatly improved, but on the whole is more difficult, and even to the family owes a lot, can not stay up is very important. To face the gains and losses with a normal heart, peace of mind, solid work, and ultimately will be rewarded.
(c) Work and school learning is not the same, the expertise learned may not be used much, while our ability and level will not naturally improve with the post changes, to always maintain the knowledge of the sense of panic, adhere to learning.
(d) In the work, many people are multi-faceted, therefore, the diligent work attitude is the best way to improve the ability, but also the core of growth.
(e) Think with systematic thinking, have a big-picture view, do things rigorously and conscientiously, not in a hurry, and learn to summarize the experience, so that you can do twice as much with half the effort.
