From October 21st to December 8th, the Volunteer Association of the Shcool of Business Administration carried out blackboard erasing activities in Shouyi and Nanhu campuses.
Before the activity, the relevant personnel of the Association determined the theme, objectives and overall framework of the activity, and planned the time, place, participants and other details of the activity. During the activity, every week, the corresponding person in charge of the activity made schedules, checklists, time sheets and supplementary information sheets, and reminded every volunteer to complete the task of erasing blackboards on time. After the activity, the related personnel of the Association conducted a comprehensive review and analysis of the activity to summarize the experience, assess the effectiveness of the activity, and provide a reference basis for similar activities in the future.
Through the standardized process and orderly organization, the blackboard erasing activity drove the extensive participation of all students in the school, which not only created a good teaching environment and promoted the construction of a harmonious campus, but also greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of all students to volunteer.
