From April 13th to 14th, Vice Dean Fei Xianzheng led a team to Henan to carry out the activity of visiting enterprises and expanding jobs in 2024, with Director Liang Changdong of the Office of Alumni Work and Social Cooperation, Deputy Director Wan Hua of the Department of Business Administration, and Ms. Wang Yanming, Alumni Supervisor of the MBA Education Center, attending the activity.
On the morning of 13th, Vice Dean Fei Xianzheng and his delegation went to General Contracting Company of China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. and Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. to visit the company's cultural pavilion, watch the enterprise propaganda film, understand what the enterprises need, and visit and sympathize with alumni of our school who are working in the enterprises.
At the exchange meeting of school-enterprise cooperation, Vice Dean Fei Xianzheng, on behalf of the School of Business Administration, sent warm greetings to the alumni, introduced in detail SBA's situation in recent years in terms of discipline construction, talent cultivation and student employment, and expressed his hope to carry out in-depth cooperation with enterprises on multiple levels in terms of resource sharing, talent cultivation, graduation internships and employment. Mr. Yang Guowei, Deputy Secretary of Infrastructure Branch of China Construction 7 General Contracting Company and alumnus of MBA Class 2023, majoring in Human Resource Management in 2006, and Mr. Su Wei, Deputy Director of Human Resource Management Department of Yutong Group and alumnus of MBA Class 2020, introduced in detail their corporate culture, development concept, industrial layout, talent service, and cooperation between schools and enterprises. At the meeting, both sides expressed strong cooperation intention on school-enterprise cooperation, attracting and educating people, and integration of production and education.
