On the afternoon of January 2nd, 2025, the School of Business Administration held the 2024 International Accreditation Compliance Team Communication Meeting in Room 703 North of Wenhan Building. The meeting was hosted by Wu Yingna, Director of the International Accreditation Office, and attended by Dean Wu Haitao, Secretary Yu Xiaopeng, Vice Dean Fei Xianzheng, and all the members of the International Accreditation Compliance Team and the International Accreditation Office.
Secretary Yu Xiaopeng firstly congratulated the success of the international accreditation work in the past year. Vice Dean Fei Xianzheng then expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the institution for their support of the international accreditation process. Then, Director Wu Yingna gave a detailed explanation of the on-site visit evaluation report of the current round of AMBA&BGA joint accreditation.
Then, three faculty members shared the cutting-edge information they gained from their participation in international accreditation conferences and trainings in 2024. Associate Professor Zhou Lingxu, from the Department of Tourism Management, provided an introduction to the AACSB Business Accreditation Seminar. Ms. Chen Ke from the International Accreditation Office reported the key topics of the AMBA&BGA Global Conference. Associate Professor Xu Haoxuan of the Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management summarized the valuable experience of the AMBA&BGA Asia-Pacific Conference.
The attending faculty members had in-depth and lively discussions on the issues encountered in the work of 2024 AMBA & BGA Joint Accreditation and AACSB 3rd Progress Report. These discussions not only provided valuable ideas for solving the current challenges, but also pointed out the direction for future accreditation work.
Finally, Secretary Yu Xiaopeng encouraged everyone to remain innovative and steady in the future work, and to continue to promote the high-quality development and smooth progress of international accreditation work. Dean Wu Haitao emphasized that the college should maintain high standards in international accreditation work in the future while ensuring its continuity and pragmatism.
