FiberHome International Technologies Co., Ltd Visits SBA to Explore Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration

On the afternoon of March 19th, Li Yanyi, Recruitment Manager of the Human Resources Department at Fiberhome Communication Technology Co., Ltd, along with Huang Chuhan (an outstanding alumnus), Procurement Manager of the Certification and Procurement Center, and Yang Xiaohan, Human Resources Manager of the same center, visited the School of Business Administration (SBA) for an exchange and recruitment session. The event was attended by Yu Xiaopeng, Secretary of SBA; Dong Ciwei, Vice Dean; Professors Xiong Feng and Yao Shengbao from the Business Administration and Operations & Supply Chain Management departments, respectively; graduate student counselor Zhao Yuanyuan; and Liu Xiaojia, Director of the Undergraduate Class of 2021.



The discussion was held in Wenhan East 701, where both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges. They explored the potential for collaboration, particularly leveraging strengths in human resource management and marketing, and established a cooperation framework. FiberHome International Technologies Co., Ltd expressed its commitment to implementing targeted recruitment efforts and accelerating the signing of agreements to ensure mutual development and success.




Following the meeting, FiberHome International Technologies Co., Ltd conducted a corporate presentation and on-site recruitment session in the Wenhan East 601 lecture hall. The recruitment event was lively, with students actively participating, submitting resumes, and attending interviews. The process was efficient and well-organized, resulting in many students securing job opportunities. Notably, the procurement position had a 50% interview pass rate, with eight candidates successfully passing the initial round.
