The students demonstrated a proactive and motivated attitude. Mr. He Qiang highlighted that university is a critical period for personal growth and skill development, encouraging students to think deeply about their strengths and areas for improvement.

Deputy Secretary Nijat Aimaidi attentively listened to students’ questions regarding access to research resources and employment information. He addressed each question carefully and explained relevant national policies and application procedures. Drawing on success stories of previous students, he encouraged everyone to take full advantage of available opportunities.

This Responsible Management Course served as an effective bridge for communication between faculty and students. It not only helped the school better understand students’ needs and perspectives, but also provided valuable direction and guidance for ethnic minority students as they navigate their university life and plan for the future.
