On December 26th, 2024, students from Business Analytics 2201, Business Analytics 2202, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management 2201 of the School of Business Administration held a comprehensive Responsible Management Course. The session covered a wide range of topics, including job-hunting experience sharing, class summaries, exam integrity, winter break safety, and concluding remarks from instructors.

Senior student He Junyao kicked off the session with insights from his job-hunting journey. During the 2025 graduate recruitment season, he received five offers from major companies across industries such as automotive, IT consulting, home appliances, internet, and accounting, and eventually joined KPMG.

In explaining various career paths, He Junyao provided a clear comparison of industry characteristics, helping students gain a more intuitive understanding of each sector. He emphasized the importance of pursuing personal interests and encouraged his peers to strive for excellence within their chosen fields, rather than blindly following popular trends.

Regarding university planning, he advocated for a balanced approach, assigning equal importance to both on-campus and off-campus development. For on-campus engagement, he elaborated on the value of business competitions and emphasized how student leadership roles help sharpen skills in organization, coordination, and management.

The session then moved into the class summary segment. Liu Xinyi from Business Analytics 2201, Yu Lirui from Business Analytics 2202, and Yao Hongrun from Logistics and Supply Chain Management 2201 presented comprehensive overviews of their respective classes’ academic growth and achievements over the past semester.

Next, the course shifted its focus to exam integrity and winter break safety, sending a strong message on both ethical conduct and personal security. The safety section covered various aspects including home safety, travel precautions, cybersecurity, health, and financial protection—providing students with a well-rounded safety awareness framework.

The course concluded with remarks from Counselor Ms. Shui Jingjing and Class Advisor Mr. Xu Haoxuan. They offered thoughtful guidance and encouragement, helping students navigate future academic and career planning with greater confidence and clarity.
