On December 20, 2024, the Class of 2023 Undergraduate Business Administration held its December Responsible Management Course and new student leader meeting in Room 601 of Wenhan Building East. The purpose of this meeting was to strengthen cooperation among student leaders, review recent work developments, and better serve the students. The meeting was attended by all student leaders and was hosted by the Class of 2023 Head Instructor, Ms. Xu Ruobing.
Firstly, Ms. Xu emphasized the importance of rules and regulations during the process of building a new class. She shared strategies for enhancing class cohesion and student engagement, which would be beneficial for class management, development, and future service.
The second agenda item was to clarify the exam rules and emphasize academic integrity. Ms. Xu reminded students to carefully check their exam schedules and carry valid identification documents. She also urged student leaders to pay attention to the mental state of classmates before exams and offer support if necessary, notifying the counselor when appropriate.
The third agenda item focused on holiday study and safety education. Ms. Xu provided guidelines for the entire class, as well as specific instructions for those who are active members of the Communist Party, probationary members, or prospective members, regarding their winter holiday assignments.
The fourth item was to address other relevant matters, aiming to promote the integration of student leaders, improve work efficiency, and drive the development of both the grade level and the major.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. He Qiang summarized and added to the content discussed. He encouraged everyone to actively participate in college activities and emphasized the importance of selecting personal academic advisors.
