Xiao Hongfei is passionate about entrepreneurship practice and actively participates in competitions at all levels, using competitions to promote innovation. With rich experience in entrepreneurship and competitions, he has overseen 5 functional offices as the Executive Director of the University Student Entrepreneurship Practice Center. He has organized multiple innovation and entrepreneurship activities on campus to enhance the entrepreneurial atmosphere, and led teams to participate in national and provincial competitions for many times. Team projects have won multiple awards, including the Silver Award in the 7th "Internet+" Provincial Competition and the Silver Award in the 12th "Challenge Cup" Provincial Competition.
