Yao Ruikuan, a 2022 PhD candidate in Rural Economics, has always upheld the academic philosophy of "rooting in rural areas, seeking truth, serving the people, and contributing to the motherland". Taking "based on rural areas, revitalizing the countryside" as his mission, he actively engages in practical work and devotes himself to "Three Rural Issues" at the grassroots level. With rich social practice experience, he has conducted multiple investigations in Hubei, Sichuan, and Yunnan provinces, visiting 20 towns and 180 natural villages in total. He has formed 20 investigation logs and written and published 5 academic papers.
