SBA Held Online Parent Meetings for 2026 and 2027 Undergraduate Graduates

To deepen the school-family collaborative education mechanism and take targeted measures to promote high-quality employment and future development of students, on the afternoon of July 2nd, the School of Business Administration (SBA) of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL) successfully held online parent meetings for 2026 and 2027 undergraduate graduates. Nigat Aimaiti, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SBA, Zhang Jing from the Undergraduate Teaching Office, counselors Shui Jingjing and Liu Zhenxing of the 2022 grade, counselors He Qiang and Xu Ruobing of the 2023 grade, as well as experts in postgraduate entrance exam and civil service exam guidance, gathered online with parents. They conducted in-depth discussions on key issues concerning students' development such as the current employment situation, postgraduate entrance exam policies, and civil service exams. The meeting was hosted by Liu Zhenxing.

Student Affairs Office Director Shuijingjing analyzed the employment situation, noting the college's internship network and talent training with enterprises, and advised students to adapt to market changes and cultivate integrated and innovative abilities.

Zhang Jing from the Undergraduate Teaching Office interpreted the postgraduate recommendation policy, elaborated on its process, criteria and past situations, and advised intended students to plan early, engage in research and develop comprehensively.

Tan Xiaoyu, an expert in postgraduate entrance exam guidance, conducted an in-depth analysis of the postgraduate entrance exam situation. He particularly reminded that the postgraduate exam not only tests professional knowledge but also focuses on academic potential and research ability, suggesting that students should cultivate critical thinking and problem-solving skills during their preparation.

Civil service exam expert Tian Shanshan explained preparation strategies, introduced the university's counseling services, and advised students to build knowledge frameworks, focus on current affairs and cultivate core competencies.

In addition, for students who choose multiple paths such as independent entrepreneurship and freelance work, SBA will also provide targeted guidance and ongoing assistance.The meeting stressed school-family collaboration's role in students' all-round development, urging parents to communicate, respect choices, and help foster correct views and lifelong learning ability.
