On 10th April 2026, the second practice of Exploring Chinese Enterprises for the full-English BBA program was successfully held at Kingsoft Group’s Wuhan headquarters. Led by Associate Professor Liu Wentong, and accompanied by Professor Wang Shuhong, Associate Professor Tang Yipeng and Teacher Ding Yi, over 20 students including undergraduates, IMBA international students and postgraduates joined the visit.

As a key enterprise tour after Dongfeng Motor, this activity focused on digital technology and helped international students understand China’s Internet industry. Kingsoft Office fully supported the visit, with Feng Juan, Hubei Manager of the Education Department, in charge of reception and coordination.

The group learned about Kingsoft’s history, the Wuhan campus and its business ecosystem of office software, cloud computing and games. Staff members answered questions on product implementation and university-enterprise cooperation.

Wu Gangshi introduced Kingsoft’s culture and products, noting that Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL) has long been a close partner of Kingsoft.

Hou Jun shared Kingsoft’s global strategy. As a representative of Chinese software going global, Kingsoft Office has grown rapidly worldwide and competes with Microsoft Office.

Zhao Zhimeng introduced the talent demand, campus recruitment and training systems. Overseas positions and plans for international graduates were also covered. Both sides discussed AI applications in operations and HR management. AI tools have been widely used to improve efficiency at Kingsoft.

This visit is an important part of the “6C” talent cultivation model of the School of Business Administration (SBA). It deepened students’ understanding of China’s digital economy.

Adhering to international education, ZUEL SBA will continue industry-education integration to cultivate more competitive international talents for global exchanges.
