SBA Holds 2027 Graduate Employment Mobilization Conference

On the evening of 16th April, the School of Business Administration (SBA) of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL) held the 2027 Graduate Employment Mobilization Conference at the South Lecture Hall of Wenhan Building, Nanhu Campus. The conference aimed to help graduates understand the current employment situation, clarify job-hunting goals and enhance employment competitiveness.

Zhang Huanqiu, Deputy Director of Human Resources Department (Party Organization Department) of Hubei United Investment Group Co., Ltd., Jia Xiao, Deputy Director of ZUEL Career Guidance Service Center, Wu Haitao, Dean of SBA, Yu Xiaopeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of SBA, Ge Ming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and Administrative Vice Dean of SBA, and Yuan Yuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SBA attended the conference. Class mentors, counselors, 2027 graduates and representatives of 2026 graduates of SBA participated offline, while parents watched the live broadcast online via the college’s video account. The conference was presided over by Yu Xiaopeng.

Dean Wu Haitao delivered a mobilization speech. He elaborated on the significance of employment, introduced the college’s employment achievements and supporting systems in career guidance, targeted assistance, resource expansion and alumni collaboration, and guided students to establish rational employment concepts and improve comprehensive abilities.

Jia Xiao analyzed the current employment situation and policies, and suggested students adjust expectations, plan early and explore diversified employment channels. Graduate representatives shared practical job-hunting experiences. Zhang Huanqiu gave a lecture on career planning from the perspective of enterprise employment demand, providing professional guidance on resume optimization and interview skills, and answered questions from students.






The online live broadcast attracted more than 2,000 viewers. The SBA will continue to integrate resources, strengthen employment services and provide targeted assistance to support graduates in pursuing ideal careers.
